By publishing this document, the Owner discharges its obligation to comply with the obligations of Law 34/2002, of 11 July 2002, Information Society and eCommerce Services (Spanish "Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico”, herein referred to as “LSSICE”) to provide any person accessing the Website with the terms and conditions of its use.
Any person accessing this Website (hereinafter "the User" or "the Users") undertakes to comply with these provisions, as well as all applicable regulations.

2. PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE
The purpose of the Website is to provide information about the business and services of the Owner. In particular, no commercial transactions or any exchange of goods or services are carried out through the Website.
Moreover, except for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy below, the Owner does not collect personal information about the Users of the Website. Website usage statistics collected during User visits are basic and anonymous. More information can be found in the Privacy Policy y the Cookie Policy below.
3. ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE
The hardware and software necessary to access the Website will be provided by the User and the Owner will not be responsible for the rights of use or licenses required for it, nor for any other circumstance or requirement related to it.

Provided that the Owner has adopted reasonable security measures in accordance with the best practices, the Owner does not assume any responsibility for the information displayed on the Website that has been manipulated or introduced by a third party outside of the Owner’s control, nor for damages caused by force majeure, or by the presence of viruses or other elements that may cause alterations in computer systems.

In such cases, the Owner cannot guarantee the availability of the Website, whose use is carried out by the User at his own account and risk and without being able to demand any responsibility from the Owner. 7. HYPER-LINKING POLICY

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Without prejudice to consumer-related provisions, any disputes or issues related to the use or content of the Website are subject to the Spanish legislation, which the parties expressly submit to and which will be adjudicated by the Courts of Gandía, Valencia.

1. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TREATMENT AND PURPOSES
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December 2018 (LOPDGDD), we inform you that the Owner is the party RESPONSIBLE for the processing of personal data provided by the User, which can be used for the following PURPOSES:
